Econia Ltd., a financial and personnel services company, has acquired a personnel services company Auranmaan Henkilöstöpalvelu Ltd., which focuses on hiring and recruiting primary production employees. As a result of the transaction, the Econia Group’s net sales will increase to approximately EUR 15 million and the total number of employees to approximately 400 person-years.
Auranmaan Henkilöstöpalvelu Ltd. is a nearly 15-year-old personnel service company domiciled in Pöytyä. The company’s most important customers are greenhouse companies and farms in Southern Finland.
The operation will continue as before
In terms of customers and employees, operations will remain completely unchanged. The same familiar contacts will continue to work with both.
According to Econia’s CEO Elina Salmivala, the transaction is now in line with Econia’s growth strategy: ” Auranmaan Henkilöstöpalvelu´s solid expertise also strengthens Econia as a primary production personnel service company.”
