According to a recent Government proposal (4.2.2021), those working in shipyards should be able to display a pictorial personal identification tag with a tax number since July 2022. The aim of expanding the use of tax numbers is to improve the control possibilities of the tax administration and occupational safety and health authorities in shipyards,. Another goal is preventing the grey economy and improving the competitiveness and operating conditions of honest companies. Tax numbers are already used on all construction and installation sites.
