The collective agreement is valid for two years and it includes salary settlements for both years 2023 and 2024.
By the agreement salary revisions in 2023 will be carried out as described below
the employees will be paid a one-time compensation of 400 euros (on average 1 % of earnings of regular working hours) in March 2023.
In addition, salaries shall be adjusted no later than on 1 April 2023 or at the start of the pay period beginning soonest thereafter by a general increase of 3,5 %.
Year 2024
In year 2024, the salary will be adjusted no later than on 1 February 2024 or at the start of the pay period beginning soonest thereafter by a general increase of 2,0 % and company- or workplace-specific element, amounting to 0,5 %.
