Case 9: Company´s setup, registration, accounting, payroll and reporting

International company has a project at site. The contract lasts for more than 12 months.

As a subcontractor, the company needs to be registered to the Finnish prepayment, VAT and employer register.

Econia takes care of company´s setup, registration, accounting, payroll and reporting for company´s Finnish business. Additionally, documentation according to the contractor´s liability act is taken care of.

Employees personal taxation is paid to Finland. Employees are posted workers, so Econia acts as a local representative for the company and its workers.
