The new collective agreement for the salaried employees in the technology industry is valid from February 10, 2023 to November 30, 2024.

Salaried employees in the technology industry will be paid a lump sum of 444 euros in March. In addition, salaries shall be adjusted no later than on 1 April 2023 or at the start of the pay period beginning soonest thereafter by a general increase of 3,3% and company- or workplace-specific element, amounting to 0,2 %.
In the second year, salaries will be revised no later than February 1, 2024, or the beginning of the salary payment period starting after that, with a general increase of 2.2 percent and a company- or workplace-specific installment of 0.3 percent. In addition, certain text changes were agreed upon.
