Customer satisfaction is the foundation of everything we do. That's why we regularly collect feedback from our customers to understand where we have succeeded and where we still need to improve. Our latest customer survey provided valuable information. The customer satisfaction figures show that we have achieved a lot.
Our survey shows that our customer satisfaction is high:
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT score) was 4.40 out of 5. This indicates that the majority of our customers have been satisfied with the service they have received and feel that our service is of high quality and meets their needs.
The NPS recommendation index was +60, which means that many of our customers would recommend our service to their friends and colleagues. Our staffing service has a staggering recommendation index of +87.
We are grateful for the positive feedback and proud that we have been able to create a service that our clients appreciate.
According to customer feedback, we have been particularly successful in the following areas:
Professionalism and expertise - The accuracy of our service and our ability to navigate complex regulations are praised. Our clients feel that they are in capable hands.
Speed and flexibility - Clients appreciate our rapid response and flexible approach that takes into account their individual needs.
Personalised service - Friendly and approachable communication and a customer-focused approach make working together smooth and straightforward.
Feedback has also helped us to identify areas for further development, which we will focus on in the future:
Accessibility and response time: This is a priority for us, and one that we will focus on even more in the future.
Business-specific needs: we will take better account of the feedback and needs of businesses of different sizes and review our practices in this regard to improve the customer experience.
