Who is the official employer and who is responsible for the work done by the employee?
Econia will be the official employer for the employee. We will take care of all employer responsibilities like salary payment, insurances and occupational health care. Client company has responsibility for supervision employee´s daily work.

What is included in the price and how does the pricing work?
The price consists of monthly salary, multiplied with agreed rate. The price includes all mandatory employer costs (e.g. social costs and insurances) and our fee. Econia sends the invoice of services to the client company. Nothing is deducted from the employee's salary.

What is the onboarding process?
We want to keep our promises realistic. Onboarding takes usually one week but of course, can be quicker too. Every employee and your company will have dedicated contact person from us who will take care to comply your requirements with local laws and collective agreements.

What is the process for termination and offboarding?
