Ravintolat sulkeutuvat

Koronaviruksen leviämisen estämiseksi ravintolat, kahvilat ja anniskelupaikat suljetaan asiakkailta ja ne pysyvät suljettuina toukokuun loppuun saakka.

Ruuan ulosmyynti asiakkaille on kuitenkin sallittua. Asiakas tai ruokalähetti voi hakea valmiit annokset ravitsemisliikkeestä tai ravintola voi toimittaa annokset suoraan asiakkaille.

Sulkeminen ei koske sellaisia ravintoloita, jotka eivät ole avoinna yleisölle eli esimerkiksi henkilöstöravintoloita tai oppilaitosten ruokaloita.

Varhaiskasvatuksen, opetuksen ja koulutuksen rajoituksia jatketaan kuukaudella 13. toukokuuta saakka eri kouluasteilla. Opetuksen poikkeusjärjestelyjä varaudutaan myös jatkamaan lukukauden loppuun asti.

Suomen pohjois- ja länsirajaliikenteen tiukentamista suunnitellaan nopealla aikataululla samoin kuin laivaliikenteen henkilö- ja matkustajaliikenteen lopettamista, lukuun ottamatta tavara- ja rahtiliikennettä.

Restaurants will be closed

In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus, restaurants and cafes will be closed to customers and will remain closed until the end of May.

Selling takeaway food to customers would be permitted. The customer or food courier can pick up the ready-made meals at the restaurant or the restaurant itself can deliver the meals directly to the customers.

Restaurants that are not open to the public, such as staff restaurants or school canteens, will stay open.

The Government also decided to extend until 13 May 2020 the duration of the previously imposed restrictions to slow down the spread of coronavirus infections and to protect those at risk.

The restrictions on early childhood education, teaching and education and training will be extended by one month until 13 May at different levels of education. At the same time, preparations will be made for extending the exceptional arrangements in education until the end of term, if this is deemed necessary for containing the epidemic.

The Government also decided to swiftly begin preparing tighter limits to traffic at the national borders in the north and west, and to terminate the carriage of passengers in sea transport, with the exception of goods and freight transport.
